As Chief Data Officer and Co-Founder at Iman—one of Uzbekistan's leading fintechs—I built our analytics function from the ground up, leading a large team of analytics professionals and deploying real-time monitoring and decision systems that serve millions of users.

Earlier, I was part of the analytics consulting practice at Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, where I designed and delivered enterprise-grade BI and machine-learning solutions for top-tier banks including HSBC, Barclays and Bank of America. The analytical systems I've architected process tens of millions of transactions daily, translating vast data flows into actionable dashboards, prototypes and roadmaps that consistently generate recurring improvements far exceeding project costs.
